Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Build reports and dashboards that meet business requirements to interpret data and analyze results.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Mine and organize data that is accurate, congruent, and reliable for analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI) and can effectively communicate this information to Clients.
  • Design, develop, and document internal and external dashboards, alerts, and reports.
  • Quantify the impact of major business initiatives and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to support analytics goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and guidance to drive business performance.
  • Maintain balance in work queue keeping business partners accurately and proactively updated on statuses and estimated delivery times.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Performs analysis and translates business objectives into actionable analyses.
  • Experience with large data sets, data reconciliation, and/or data investigation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SAS/SQL (or Python or R) programming.
  • Experience with one or more reporting/ visualization tool and/or common reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports, QlikView, Excel PowerPivot, Tableau etc.).
  • Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; must demonstrate analytical and critical thinking (QA/QC).
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to identify and correct data integrity issues prior to delivery of reports.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently and have the ability to produce deliverables according to schedule, ability to adapt to changes in requirements and priorities, be a self-starter, and show initiative.
  • Assessing existing available data, identifying data gaps, and collaborating with the data strategy team, IT, business partners, and outside vendors to develop approaches to closing the data gaps.
