Identify, attract, and close the best talent that aligns with hiring plans and core values through utilization of recruiting and sourcing strategies for our Data/Technology Affinity Groups
Partner closely with Technology/Data hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and effective hiring strategies.
Data fluency for pipeline analysis and diagnosis: You’re able to identify what’s humming and what needs laser-focused attention, make recommendations for tweaks to address issues, and implement changes to improve your pipeline health. This is reflected in your ability to achieve your hiring objectives.
Keen awareness of process consistency: You’re comfortable with the role consistent process plays in diversity and scaling and are equally comfortable recognizing and being flexible when evolution is afoot, and process needs an update to get ahead of it.
Employer brand champion: As evolv grows, so our brand and messaging evolvs. You’re an active participant alongside your TA team peers to develop our brand and bring it to life in how we engage communities and candidates.
Strong effectiveness ratings from client groups: Hiring leaders, panelists and candidates rave about the market insights and TA expertise you bring to amplify their hiring abilities, the support you provide to help them attract excellent teammates, and the high touch care you give that ensures them high priority.
Drive and own full life cycle recruiting process.
Act as an advisor to Technology/Data hiring managers and can manage expectations.
Understand complex tech stacks, hiring needs, and local market trends.
Facilitate competency-based interviewing panels, understand assessment tools and inclusive interview practices.
Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Build, nurture and develop talent pipelines for key roles.
Stay up to date in best-in-class TA tools and processes.
Track effectiveness of all sourcing venues and make recommendations on new job boards and other sourcing tools to leadership.
Successfully extend the Ascendum brand by representing our people, capabilities, and clients in a professional manner.
Successfully provide consultant placements based on business demand.
Proactively establish and maintain professional rapport with Team Members across the organization.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, collaborate, and share your creative energy as a business partner for our continued growth.
Participate in other TA projects as needed.
Other assigned duties as assigned.
2+ years of technical recruiting/talent acquisition with recent experience in Product & Engineering Recruitment (Software Engineers, Technical Product Managers, QA, DevOps, etc.) in a high-volume environment.
Technical Recruiting experience at a progressive, fast-paced high growth tech/software company preferred.
Strong influencing skills and ability to drive results.
Possesses strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience closing all levels of candidates including senior level and negotiating compensation packages.
Possesses excellent time management skills.
Experience working with key stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
