Creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology came together at evolv Consulting on Aug. 1-2 during our 2025 Craftathon, an annual event that brings our team together to solve problems and deliver breakthrough solutions for our clients.
Four teams were tasked with examining real-world, high-impact business challenges put forth by our clients and coming up with solutions. For the first time, evolv’s clients served as judges for the big event, evaluating solutions based on business impact, technical execution, and market readiness. These weren’t theoretical exercises; they were client-inspired builds with immediate applicability.
Each of the Craftathon teams presented live-demos of their solutions, all of which leveraged AI-powered intelligence from Snowflake’s AI stack, including Cortex, Openflow, and Streamlit to deliver hybrid search, document ingestion, and real-time analytics. Learn more about each below.

CAMalot: AI Automation Solution for Credit Authorization
CAMalot is an advanced Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution that automates the creation of Credit Authorization Memos (CAMs), saving 60–80 hours per loan. Built with Snowflake Cortex, OCR, and LLMs, CAMalot streamlines commercial lending and boosts decision-making speed.
evolvGuard: AI-Powered Anti-Money Laundering Tool
EvolvGuard delivers real-time risk insights and scalable compliance for financial institutions. This GenAI-powered AML detection system reduces false positives and investigation time, using modular dbt pipelines and Streamlit dashboards.
Swipe Right on Data: AI Sales Matchmaking Copilot
This AI assistant centralizes sales data from HubSpot and SharePoint, offering contextual answers and re-engagement prompts. It’s designed to boost win rates and pipeline velocity using Cortex agents and MEDDPICC-aligned logic.
SkillVault: Interactive Knowledge Platform
Targeting large-scale manufacturing teams, this AI-powered FAQ system preserves tribal knowledge and accelerates onboarding. It uses Snowflake Cortex and React Native to unify SOPs and training materials into a dynamic, scalable solution.
