Former Fractal Chief Commercial Officer brings nearly two decades of analytics and consulting leadership to the firm
DALLAS, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — evolv Consulting today announced that Matt Gennone has joined the firm as Chief Executive Officer. Matt joins from Fractal, where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of Cogentiq, Fractal’s agentic enterprise platform. Eric Neef, who has led the firm as founder and CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.
Matt brings nearly two decades of experience in analytics and consulting. As Fractal’s first U.S. employee, he played an important role in growing the organization from approximately 30 to more than 6,000 professionals and helped lead the company through its initial public offering. Along the way, he led sales, strategy, and client relationships across several Fortune 500 industries.
As CEO, Matt will lead the firm’s strategy and growth, building upon its foundation in AI and data-led business transformation and its partnerships with Snowflake, Anthropic, AWS, and Microsoft.
